Our Approach

Skycloud Mental Health is an evidence driven practice. We are able to perform psychiatric services that help support your mental health. We wanted to create a safe, comfortable, private space for you to share your most important thoughts and experiences – a place for you to be seen.

Treating patients through phone or video, we’re able to make sure that no matter who you are and no matter where you are in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Minnesota, and Arizona you have someone that is here to support you and your struggles.

Skycloud Mental Health is open to all backgrounds, identities, and cultures. We are here for the LGBTQ+ community, and also have psychiatric nurse practitioners that are bilingual in both Spanish and English.

About Our Providers 

Skycloud Mental Health is unique, in that we connect you to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs). 

We see you for the unique, special person that you are. You’re not a diagnosis. You’re not a disease that needs to be treated. You’re a person that deserves to be seen, and one that has their own specific needs that need to be addressed in order to experience the best quality of life you can. We want to get to know you as that person, and support you in all phases of your treatment and growth.

Who is a Good Fit?

We utilize only evidence based treatment modalities. Many of these treatment options have very specific guidelines for helping guide patients for recovery. 

Yet the outcomes for different people can change depending on who they’re connected with.

That is because it is that interpersonal connection between the treatment provider and the patient that has the strongest effect on the outcome. It is so important that you find a practitioner that you trust – someone that you know cares about you, and one that motivates you to be fully invested in the process.

    The following questions will match you with the provider best suited to your needs. Are you the patient?

    The potential patient, or their parent/guardian, must fill out this form. Identification will be requested during the process. If they are not available, please direct the potential patient to this page at a later time. Health care providers can find referral information here.

    We are taking patients ages 13-17 with certain specified insurance panels in OR and WA, and patients 16-17 with a referral in UT. “You” in the following slides refers to the potential patient.

    We are accepting self-pay patients for psychotherapy in Oregon and Utah. Our provider, Nat Day LCSW, is in process of credentialing with several insurance panels - Cigna, Aetna, PacificSource, BCBS, and Moda. Please provide your contact information for a 15 minute free consultation phone call.

    Our psychotherapy waitlist is open for patients located in Oregon and Washington with Cigna, Aetna, PacificSource, BCBS, and Moda, and self-pay pay sources only. Our psychotherapy providers treat ages 18-64. This waitlist is currently 6-12 months out, depending on age, state and insurance. Please provide the information requested below.
