Madeline Jacobs, PMHNP
Madeline Jacobs is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the country, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. She takes a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care. She specializes in anxiety, depression, and transgender-related mental health care. She treats patients ages 18-64 and is licensed in MN, WA and OR.

Lucia Kilday, PMHNP
in and
Lucia Kilday is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2022 from The George Washington University and completed her internship with Madeline Jacobs. Lucia has worked in many different settings, including an inpatient substance use rehabilitation center, a hospital emergency department, and as a sexual assault nurse examiner. Lucia is passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and takes a holistic, integrated, and individualized approach to treatment. Lucia is interested in functional medicine and the use of genetic testing, adaptogens (medical supplements), nutrition, and meditation to improve mental health. She treats patients ages 18-64 in OR, WA, UT, and AZ. She specializes in OCD, eating disorders, anxiety, disorders as well as other mental health conditions. She is dedicated to providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

Adam Ellis, PMHNP
in and
Adam Ellis is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has earned degrees from the University of California, Irvine, The George Washington University, and most recently, a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. He has worked with both adult and adolescent psychiatric populations since 2015, and he enjoys engaging with diverse patients who have a broad range of mental health needs. While serving 20 years as a naval officer, Adam developed strong active listening skills and a high level of consideration and respect for others. He treats patients ages 13-64 and is licensed in OR, WA, AZ, and UT. When not at home with his wife Heather, baby Aria, and mini-goldendoodle Cinnamon, Adam loves hiking, playing tennis, singing and traveling to Spain.

Nat Day, LCSW
in and
Natalie (Nat) Day is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated from Boise State University with a Masters in Social Work in 2018. Over the last decade she has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, on-campus college counseling, substance abuse treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, and community mental health. Nat is passionate about using her experience and skills to support others in their journey of healing and recovery. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, addictions, and sexuality (with special focus on kink/BDSM/sex work), her approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing on a variety of evidenced based practices. Nat is dedicated to serving those who may feel othered or isolated in their lives and to supporting self acceptance, connection, and community. She believes in the innate power and resilience of each individual and seeks to empower her clients in their treatment. As a committed learner, Nat has earned a certification in treating trauma (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II), 20+ hours of training from the Be Body Positive Institute, sex and couples counseling, as well as training in polyvagal theory and somatic approaches. She is currently enrolled in a certification program through the Center for Positive Sexuality. When not in the office, Nat can be found spending time with her husband and spoiling Joey (her corgi/blue heeler mix). She likes to stay busy with physical activities, adventures, starting new projects, and is a prolific crocheter. Nat starts seeing patients with Skycloud on December 15, 2023.

Alondra Bueno
Alondra Bueno serves as the Office Manager for Skycloud Mental Health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Communications, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Natasha Dizon
Natasha Dizon is an Office Assistant for Skycloud Mental Health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Ohio State University, and enjoys being in the mental health care field.

Mary Hall
Mary Hall works as an Office Assistant for Skycloud Mental Health. She is currently obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Emory University and plans to pursue a career in psychiatry.
