ADHD Treatment with Skycloud Mental Health

An in-office visit is required once a year in Clackamas, OR for certain medications. Medications are prescribed only after a thorough evaluation at the discretion of your provider. Please thoroughly read our controlled substance policy. While we prescribe psychiatric medications in Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Washington, and Minnesota, we only prescribe controlled substance medication when clinically appropriate to patients in Oregon and Washington.

About Our ADHD Services

ADHD is a condition that is typically managed through medication. We can provide you with services that include:

      • Medication Management
      • Supportive psychotherapy
      • ADHD Assessments

It can also be difficult to live with ADHD. Our society often doesn’t have the resources available that it needs to give you the best possible care. That means that many with ADHD also struggle with other issues, such as depression, stress, substance abuse, or anxiety. We can help you with some of those conditions as well, making sure that you’re on your way towards progressing as you learn to manage the symptoms.

What is ADHD?

ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, is a neurodevelopmental disorder where a patient struggles with attention and hyperactivity. They may have trouble concentrating on tasks, even when they need to, and they may also display signs of excess energy and impulsively that can make them appear disruptive. It usually begins in childhood and can continue into adulthood. 

ADHD can be a manageable condition, especially with help, but those with ADHD may also struggle with other issues living in a world that isn’t always made for them. That is why it is important to receive professional treatment to help you move forward, not only with your current struggles but also with future ones.
