Insurance and Payment Information
Understanding your insurance coverage is a crucial step in accessing mental health services. Skycloud Health works with a variety of insurance providers to make our treatments more accessible. We encourage you to verify your specific plan details to ensure coverage for the services you require.
We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS (including Regence and Premera), Cigna, ComPsych, First Choice Health, Medicaid (OHP, CareOregon, Trillium), Medicare, Moda, PacificSource, Partner Direct Health (PDH), Providence, and Samaritan. For any unlisted insurance plans, please contact our billing department at billing@skycloudhealth.com to verify network participation.
Controlled Substances Policy
Skycloud Health has specific policies regarding the prescription of controlled substances, including stimulants and benzodiazepines. These policies are in place to ensure patient safety and responsible medication management, adhering to clinical best practices and regulatory guidelines.
For patients prescribed controlled substances such as stimulants or benzodiazepines, a required minimum of one in-office visit per year is necessary. These in-office visits are conducted at our Clackamas, OR, Issaquah, WA, or Layton, UT locations when clinically appropriate. Please refer to our stimulant policy for detailed information. Note that our practice rarely prescribes benzodiazepines like Xanax or Ativan.
Client Age and Registration Requirements
Skycloud Health is dedicated to providing specialized care for our clients. To ensure we can offer the most appropriate and effective treatment, we have specific age requirements for our services and a clear registration process.
We do not see clients under the age of 13. Prospective clients are required to complete registration forms within 24 hours of booking their appointment; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the appointment. Please have your payment method, state ID, and insurance card readily available when completing these forms, which typically take 15-20 minutes.
