I also worked at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, providing care to veterans. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care, and various other mental health needs. Hi! I’m Madeline Jacobs, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I hold a Masters in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and have worked in the psychiatric field since 2015. I’ve worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. I take a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care, specializing in mood disorders and transgender-related mental healthcare.

The waitlist is currently closed for Regence (BCBS) and Providence insurance. Our psychotherapy providers treat ages 18-64.
