Hi! I’m April, a fellow traveler who relates deeply to many folks on the neurodivergent spectrum. I’m here to support you on your healing journey, offering care through presence, intuition, and a blend of healing modalities designed to meet you exactly where you are.

I hold multiple licenses, including Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in Washington and Oregon. With many years of experience in behavioral health, including addiction medicine, I’m able to assist you as a general practitioner with an integrative perspective. I believe in treating the whole person, knowing that many chronic conditions have deeper, more complex causes. By practicing active listening and grounded awareness, I aim to empower you to make the best health decisions for yourself. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors sailing, gardening, mountaineering, or enjoying an off-grid lifestyle.
