For outpatient psychiatric treatment and support through telepsychiatry or in-office services in Clackamas, OR, Seattle, WA, Layton, UT, and Lehi, UT.
Skycloud Mental Health offers a wide range of services and support to patients throughout Oregon, Washington, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Minnesota. Fully licensed to provide psychiatric treatments for mental health conditions, we utilize telepsychiatry to make sure that you have access to all of our services for the times you need us the most.

Psychiatric Services We Offer
Medication Management – Medication management is a critical component for addressing all mental health medications. We are here to keep you accountable, make sure that the medications are working properly, adjust doses, and try to help you use medications in ways that achieve your mental health goals.
Diagnostic Evaluations – Psychiatric nurse practitioners are able to provide both diagnostic evaluations for mental health and cognitive disorders. We can determine if you need a diagnostic test, or perform the tests as recommended by another practitioner.
Behavioral Assessments – We are also able to provide behavioral assessments. These assessments can be used to identify a diagnosis, or they can be used to track treatment and ensure that you’re on a path to recovery.
Collaboration – Psychiatric nurse practitioners, like our team here at Skycloud Mental Health, are also available to collaborate with your PCP, therapist, or anyone in your life that you think will help you towards your recovery – including your partner or family members.
Supportive Therapy – Trained as therapists, our team can provide you with counseling for stress, relationship support, and other services if we believe it will help you on the road to long term contentment.
