Hi! I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Originally from Portland, Oregon, I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. I have a passion for mental health care across the lifespan, starting at age 8. My own experiences inspired me to help others realize that healing and growth are always possible. I provide holistic, client-centered care by integrating medication management and therapy to create balanced, effective treatment plans. My goal is for every client to leave their sessions feeling hopeful, empowered, and confident on their mental health journey.

Hi! I’m Madeline Jacobs, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I hold a Masters in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and have worked in the psychiatric field since 2015. I’ve worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. I take a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care, specializing in mood disorders and transgender-related mental healthcare.
