Hi! My name is Tami and I’m a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. I have experience working with patients ages 13-64 years old. I specialize in treating disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and mental health conditions related to chronic illness and chronic pain. Prior to psychiatry, I worked in cardiovascular nursing. When I’m not working, I can be found outdoors spending time with my family and pitbull Coco.

Hi! My name is Marco Rudas-Garcia. I graduated with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing from Gonzaga University. My professional experience includes working in surgical trauma units and psychiatric units, and I have experience working with people who have intellectual disabilities. I also worked at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, providing care to veterans. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care, and various other mental health needs. Hi! I’m Madeline Jacobs, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I hold a Masters in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and have worked in the psychiatric field since 2015. I’ve worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. I take a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care, specializing in mood disorders and transgender-related mental healthcare.
