Remote Care Coordinator
(USA-BASED)
Job description
Skycloud Mental Health is a hybrid (telehealth and in-person) mental health, substance use disorder, and primary care clinic . We specialize in LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care and treat a full range of mental health conditions direct to individuals’ homes. Anyone in the USA may apply to the Care Coordinator role, though preference may be given to those who are located in Ohio, Alabama, Florida, Oregon, Washington, Georgia, or Utah. 2-3 professional references (including a minimum of two past supervisors) will be required prior to extension of a job offer. All professional history including references will be thoroughly checked and verified. Additionally, all questions in the application must be answered for consideration. Coverage during the following hours is needed, with potential to expand in the future based on mutual fit:
Mon – Tuesday 9am-2pm PT
Friday 2pm-5pm PT

Duties shall include the following:
* Following a patient check-in process using telephone script and instructions
* Answering phone calls
* Replying to emails and messages using the HIPAA-compliant Spruce app
* Communicate appropriately with the team
Requirements:
* High school diploma
* At least one year of experience working in a customer service role
* Comfortable with use of technology
* Internet access
* Interest or experience in working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming mental health care
* Pass a criminal background check
* Willingness to learn the principles of HIPAA and health care privacy
* Must be able to provide contact information for 3 professional references, at least two of which are supervisors OR at least one is a supervisor and one is teacher/professor/instructor
Preferred:
* Spanish fluency
* Experience with psychiatric offices
* Preference to those with experience with HIPAA and health care privacy in a professional setting

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
(OR, WA, UT or ID-BASED)
Job description
Skycloud Mental Health is a clinician-owned hybrid mental health practice specializing in LGBTQIA2S+ related mental health care. We treat a full spectrum of mental health conditions to patients through telemedicine direct to patients’ homes, with in-office locations in Oregon, Washington and Utah. This is a W2 position for 32 hours per week with the possibility to increase to 40 hours per week once a caseload is built. Provider may reside anywhere in OR, WA, UT or ID.
Work Setting
- Primarily telehealth (≈ 90 % of patient encounters). You will run your regular schedule from home.
- Office Locations in Issaquah, WA, Clackamas, OR, Layton, UT, and Portland, OR
Additional Requirements:
- Board Certified PMHNP
- Oregon and Washington PMHNP licenses
- Oregon and Washington DEA licenses
- Eligible and willing to obtain in-network status on all requested insurance panels in Oregon
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willing to see ages 13 and up
- Spanish-speaking
- Experience and/or interest in working with LGBTQIA+ populations
- Knowledge of E&M codes

With years of experience in trauma healing, body positivity, and client-centered care, Nat provides a supportive and affirming space for CSWAs to grow their skills. She also specializes in kink/BDSM, sex work, and polyvagal theory and is certified in Clinical Trauma Professional Level II.
About The Role
As a CSWA with us, you’ll focus on building trusting relationships, creating personalized care plans, and delivering trauma-informed therapy that uplifts and empowers. Our supportive admin team will handle client screenings, leaving you free to focus on what you do best: care. This position is fully remote!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual therapy for diverse populations
- Build meaningful, healing relationships with clients
- Maintain up-to-date documentation (48-hour submission window)
- Engage in supervision and peer consultation to hone your skills
