Tamara Rasmussen, PMHNP (she/her)
Tami is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. She has experience working with patients ages 13+ years old. She specializes in treating disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and mental health conditions related to chronic illness and chronic pain. Prior to psychiatry, Tami worked in cardiovascular nursing. When she is not working, Tami can be found outdoors spending time with her family and her pitbull Coco. Vanessa Fabian, LCSW
Vanessa Fabian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a B.S. in Psychology from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on Outdoor Education, and an M.S.W. from the University of New Hampshire. Vanessa brings a diverse background in mental health, having worked in private practice, school and government agencies, residential treatment, and wilderness therapy. Vanessa works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, and family relationship challenges. Vanessa’s approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs using evidence-based practices. Vanessa is trained in DBT, IFS, and Adventure Therapy, and also draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based techniques. Jennifer Messina, CSWA (she/her)
Jennifer Messina holds a BFA from Stephens College and a master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina. She has a diverse mental health background, including case management for youth aging out of foster care, therapeutic work with geriatric patients in home health care, and providing therapy in inpatient psychiatric settings and private practice. Jennifer is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment for individuals facing challenges such as gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA issues, racial discrimination, ageism, and socioeconomic disadvantages. She uses evidence-based techniques like CBT, MI, and DBT. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing hypnosis therapy training. In her free time, she enjoys music, barre, yoga, and spending time with family. April Hinsberger, FNP (she/her)
April is a fellow traveler who relates deeply to many folks on the neurodivergent spectrum. She holds multiple licenses, including Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in Washington and Oregon. With many years of experience in behavioral health, including addiction medicine, April is able to assist you as a general practitioner with an integrative perspective. She believes in treating the whole person, knowing that many chronic conditions have deeper, more complex causes. By practicing active listening and grounded awareness, she aims to empower you to make the best health decisions for yourself. When not working, you’ll usually find April outdoors sailing, gardening, mountaineering, or enjoying an off-grid lifestyle. Amber Rose Dullea, LCSW (she/they)
Amber Rose Dullea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and graduated from University of Southern California in 2022 with a Masters of Social Work in Adult Mental Health and Wellness. Amber Rose brings a diverse background including whole systems design, massage, interfaith spirituality, coaching, and LGBTQ+ perspectives. As a coach they worked with a diversity of college students from state schools, fine arts, HBCUs, adult learners to graduate education. In social work, they have worked in community mental health, hospice, bereavement, and private practice. Amber Rose supports people who are experiencing pain, both physically and emotionally. You are met where you are and empowered to move toward a life that is authentic and fulfilling through trauma-informed support, skill building, and deep connection. Marco Rudas-Garcia, PMHNP (he/him)
Marco graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Utah and subsequently earned a master’s degree in nursing from Gonzaga University. His professional experience includes working in surgical trauma units and psychiatric units, and caring for developmentally delayed populations with mental illness. Additionally, he has worked at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, providing care to veterans. His professional interests lie in working with trauma patients, as well as individuals with anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care, and various other mental health needs. He is fluent in Spanish and has a passion for working with diverse populations and learning from different cultures. Marco believes in collaborating with patients to develop a care plan that aligns with their needs, using evidence-based practice. He works with patients ages 13+. Nancy Masters, PMHNP (she/they)
Nancy graduated from Washington State University with a Master of Science in Nursing, and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 10 years of experience and specializes in treating patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar and sleep disorders as well as patients in the LGBTQIA+ community with care needs related to gender dysphoria/transgender-related mental health care. Ross Brown, PMHNP (he/him)
Ross A Brown is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). He holds a Masters of Science and Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, where he completed studies as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. For fifteen years he worked in preventative cardiology and stroke neurology, then went on to complete his postmaster certificate as a PMHNP at the University of New Mexico. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, he cares for patients ages sixteen and older with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. He also specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care and transgender-related mental health care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, he completed his undergraduate studies in psychology at the University of New Mexico and worked in social services at AIDS Services of Austin in Austin, Texas, providing case management and support to individuals with advanced HIV disease. Ross uses his passion for landscape photography as a way to stay spiritually centered, and he and his husband enjoy travel, cooking, and being in nature with their dog Henry. Adam Ellis, PMHNP (he/him)
Adam Ellis is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has earned degrees from the University of California, Irvine, The George Washington University, and most recently, a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. He has worked with both adult and adolescent psychiatric populations since 2015, and he enjoys engaging with diverse patients who have a broad range of mental health needs. While serving 20 years as a naval officer, Adam developed strong active listening skills and a high level of consideration and respect for others. He treats patients ages 13-64 and prioritizes LGBTQIA+ affirming care. When not at home with his wife Heather, baby Aria, and mini-goldendoodle Cinnamon, Adam loves hiking, playing tennis, singing and traveling to Spain. Out-of-network with Providence. Nat Day, LCSW (she/her)
Natalie (Nat) Day is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated from Boise State University with a Masters in Social Work in 2018. Over the last decade she has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, on-campus college counseling, substance abuse treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, and community mental health. Nat is passionate about using her experience and skills to support others in their journey of healing and recovery. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, addictions, and sexuality (with special focus on kink/BDSM/sex work), her approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing on a variety of evidenced based practices. Nat is dedicated to serving those who may feel othered or isolated in their lives and to supporting self acceptance, connection, and community. She believes in the innate power and resilience of each individual and seeks to empower her clients in their treatment. As a committed learner, Nat has earned a certification in treating trauma (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II), 20+ hours of training from the Be Body Positive Institute, sex and couples counseling, as well as training in polyvagal theory and somatic approaches. She is currently enrolled in a certification program through the Center for Positive Sexuality. When not in the office, Nat can be found spending time with her husband and spoiling Joey (her corgi/blue heeler mix). Madeline Jacobs, PMHNP (she/her)
Madeline Jacobs is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the country, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. She takes a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care. She specializes in anxiety, depression, and transgender-related mental health care. She treats patients ages 18-64. Natasha Dizon is a Care Coordinator for Skycloud Mental Health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Ohio State University, and enjoys being in the mental health care field.

Meg Marine
Meg Marine works as a Care Coordinator for Skycloud Mental Health. She is currently obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Austin Peay State University and plans to build a career focused on cybersecurity within the healthcare sector.

Megan Gammon works as a Care Coordinator for Skycloud Mental Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Walden University and a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University.
