Every person, of every age and background, will experience stress and issues that may affect their mental health. If you find that those issues are taking away from your ability to live the quality of life that you want for yourself, it is possible that you may have mental health challenges that would be best addressed with an experienced professional.

Skycloud Mental Health was founded by Madeline Jacobs, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). We were created as a safe place to provide personalized care.

Yet, at Skycloud Mental Health, we also strongly emphasize getting to know you on a deeper level. Our belief is that you are not just a diagnosis – you are a person, and you deserve to be truly seen for who you are from beginning to end.

Telepsychiatry

Skycloud offers telepsychiatry services. Using telepsychiatry, we are able to see you for who you are, no matter where you are, within the states where are licensed. We are currently licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Minnesota.

Everything we do is designed around your experience. We do our best to be approachable, insightful, and engaging. We want to find the right solution and guide you towards reaching and achieving your mental health goals.

We also believe that treatment is more effective when it is communal. We are able to work with you independently, but – with your permission – we are also happy to bring in doctors, specialty psychotherapists, significant others, family members – anyone that you believe will help with your recovery. Anyone is always welcome in our sessions if it is in your best interests as our patient.

Meet Our Team

Here For YOU

Madeline Jacobs is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the country, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. She takes a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care. She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and transgender-related mental health care. She treats patients ages 18 to 65 and is licensed in Minnesota, Washington, and Oregon.

Jennifer Lamb is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Nursing degree from the University of Washington. She has over 15 years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, university student health, corrections and military/VA. Clinical interests include anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, LGBTQ+, stigma, mental health & the arts. Academic publishing experience in
several of these areas of interest. Jennifer looks for strengths and talents in her patients, as a foundation for individualized, holistic care. She is now accepting patients ages 13+. She is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Lucia Kilday is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Intern who passed her board exam and is awaiting licensure. Lucia has worked as a CNA and RN in many different settings, including an inpatient substance use rehabilitation center, a hospital emergency department, and as a sexual assault nurse examiner. Lucia is passionate about destigmatizing mental health and takes a holistic, integrated, and individualized approach to treatment. Lucia is interested in functional medicine and the use of genetic testing, adaptogens, nutrition, and meditation to improve mental health. Licensed in Washington and Oregon, she treats patients over the age of 18, specializing in working with those with OCD, eating disorders, anxiety disorders as well as other mental health conditions.

Alondra Bueno serves as an Office Assistant for Skycloud Mental Health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Communications, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Shawna Ryder is the Medical Billing and Credentialing Specialist with Skycloud Mental Health. She brings over 10 years of experience in the medical billing field. She enjoys mental health care and working with clients.
