Hi! I’m Sara, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Gonzaga University. As a provider dedicated to behavioral health, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children, adolescents, and adults feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re facing challenges with mood, attention, anxiety, behavior, or emotional regulation, you’re not alone, and help is available. I believe in meeting people where they are, recognizing their strengths, and supporting them through developmentally appropriate care.
