Hi! I am Tami and I’m a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. I have experience working with patients ages 13-64 years old. I specialize in treating disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and mental health conditions related to chronic illness and chronic pain. Prior to psychiatry, I worked in cardiovascular nursing. When I’m not working, I can be found outdoors spending time with my family and pitbull Coco.

Hi! I’m Madeline Jacobs, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I hold a Masters in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and have worked in the psychiatric field since 2015. I’ve worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. I take a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care, specializing in mood disorders and transgender-related mental healthcare.
